Rules need to be reformed. Laws have to be reshaped.
They must be transient.
Our mythology itself says that. What king “Ram” did
in his stint is good at that time. “Bhishma” and “Vidhur” did the same during their
term, but it didn't help them in preventing “Kurukshetra”. “Krishna” was right
in his period.
Water in liquid form only can satisfy our thirst. We provide necessary changes to keep water
free from vaporizing and freezing in hot and cold areas. We provide storage
facilities during rainy seasons forecasting future needs. Everyone creates
their own boundaries for necessity of living. In the same way system should also
create and impose rules and laws for necessity of living in a society. But these
have to flexible, tough and resilient in their respective times and environment.
In China, which adopted “one-child policy” to bring
control of surging population was right at that time. Now they back stepped
from the policy, which is mandatory and right now.
No system should be made of static laws.
Good expression of thought..
